Michele graduated from NYU studying studio art with an emphasis in the figure. Self taught she

was, able to translate her art background into creating sculptural pieces directly from the metal

and transform the mysteries into a wearable timelessness 

 

to be adorned upon the body.

 

Michele’s work is an evolution from her classical figurative sculptures and encaustic paintings. 

These are symbolic artifacts that are a result of the creators knowledge of the body.
